Eligibility Requirements
- In order for your refrigerator or freezer to be eligible for a pickup and rebate, it must be a secondary unit (a secondary unit is a refrigerator or freezer not used as your primary unit, ex. a garage or basement unit). It cannot be the primary refrigerator for the residence.
- An adult, 18 years of age or older, must be present to sign and release the unit at the time of pickup.
- The unit needs to be plugged in and running on the day of the pickup prior to the pickup crew's arrival.
- Recycling appliance must be disconnected from waterlines prior to the crew's arrival.
- Contractor reserves the right to leave the appliance if removal may cause damage to the property, or is otherwise impractical or unsafe.
- Crews will not be able to remove doors or railings inside the home.
And don't forget: In addition to FREE pickup, a $35 check will be given to you for your effort in recycling responsibly.
Refrigerator and freezer pickups for the year 2022 will end on December 10, 2022. Please schedule your pickup so we can serve you this year.
